The number one question I am asked in my seminars is "how can I motivate other people?". My short answer is that you really can't motivate someone else, you can only motivate yourself, so you need to set up conditions that allow that person to do that. Text books are filled with advice on how to motivate employees, but actual results from this advice seems limited at best. Can you suggest any techniques that have been successful in motivating other people?
